We focus first on where the real work happens- below the surface, and then on how that shows up, often in confidence , clarity and growth from that unseen foundation.

Our approach starts with roots: slowing things down and understanding what's really going on then working collaboratively towards your goals.

At Green Carrot, the mission is simple: to provide high‑quality training, coaching and consultancy that genuinely makes a difference. With experience grounded in investigative interviewing and personal development coaching, I understand the complexities of communication, decision‑making and how people process information — and I use that insight to help individuals and organisations move forward with clarity and confidence.

About Me.

With over thirty years’ experience in criminal investigations, I’ve spent my career working at the intersection of communication, behaviour and decision‑making. What I’ve learned along the way is that real progress — whether personal or professional — starts with self‑awareness. When we understand what’s going on beneath the surface, we communicate more clearly, connect more effectively and make better choices.​

My background has shaped how I listen, how I ask questions and how I make sense of complexity -skills that now help me support people as they uncover clarity, confidence and a stronger sense of direction. I’m genuinely curious about what makes people tick, and I love the moments when something clicks for a client and they see a new way forward.

Today, I bring together my experience, evidence‑based practice and a deep respect for individuality to help people slow down, explore what’s really going on and build meaningful, sustainable change.

Qualifications

L5 Professional Coaching 

This learning taught me so much-the best qualification ever and I really believe in the magic of coaching.

L5 Post Compulsory Education and Training
 

Having already complete L3 Award in Education and Training and the L4 Certificate in Education and Training, this PCET really helped things drop into place for me, in terms of facilitating learning, and not telling people what I know. 

First Class BA Hons Degree in Applied Investigation

The learning from this degree really complimented my role as an Interview Advisor in serious and complex investigations and helped suppport my role in Learning & Development with a renewed interest in evidence based research.
